Odd Behavior w.r.t an instance of Chrome

This is an odd one!

1 user could not access a Shibboleth SP (both IdP and SP local to the
University) - no other users report the issue.

Pattern w.r.t user:

- Cannot access SP when via Chrome (all fine in Firefox) - on computer FOO.
- All fine accessing SP via Chrome or Firefox on computer BAR.

When user fails with Chrome on computer FOO, the following error appears in
the SP logs (shibd.log):

Could there be a Chrome setting on Computer FOO that is interfering with
the transaction? The Chrome on computer FOO and BAR are synched via the
user's Gmail account (has same extensions).
