URI != URL 
And I guess I was actually wrong, the entityID as Scott said is a name so a URN :-) Which still is not a URL. 

What is your HTTPD server answering as? I suspect "http://115.112.68.53:5000” 
Make sure your metadata for your current entityID has ACS  URLs that make sense to the configuration of the HTTPD server.
