help required on shibboleth+testshib

Thanks Kevin for the explanation,
if its going to be any URI, for example in my case http://115.112.68.53:5000/shibboleth/  the one generated by testshib, but there is no such thing exist, when i try accessing it I get<error xmlns="http://docs.openstack.org/identity/api/v2.0" message="The resource could not be found." code="404" title="Not Found"/>
so dose it mean if i should fix anything in apache?
