how to fetch Raw attribute

We are provided with  a JAVA API to access this attribute for a given user
which SP is interested on.

Unfortunately we don't look after this system, hosted elsewhere. we only got
the API to access.


I guess this is kind of a common requirement, ability to execute a java
library or webservice etc during attribute resolving stage in IdP

Our Shibboleth IdP version is 2.3.8

Can you provide some references or links to on how to write such a connector
for a requirement like this?
