In fact I already tried to switch from site to global, it just change error code from 404 into 500

U think I must look at applicationhost.config?

That is the issue, the filter half isn't running for the site you're accessing. If installing it at the site level doesn't work, try globally, and vice versa. Until the filter runs, that message will be present any time the extension part is run.
