Failure to register service provider on TestShib

Shoot, I see what I did, my apologies. Thanks for helping dig me out of the
hole. Unfortunately, I'm still seeing the same error. I still have the
filename I originally used with this entityID
(james-uvize-testshib-local-201502221901.xml), but it sounds like you
deleted all of those. The filename I'm attempting to use now is
"esctest-uvize-com.xml", if it would help to delete that one too.
