Failure to register service provider on TestShib

No problem. 
I’ve deleted all your old metadata … james-uvize-testshib-local-201502* 
When you make changed or want to upload new metadata use the same file name so you don’t run into this issue again :-) 
You should be good to go on your ACS endpoints now
