IdP3.1.1 unable to render login page

> We are able to load SP Metadata successfully &  while sending  SAML

   before even rendering ipd's login.jsp my  Consumer URL (
http://localhost:8080/3.0ServiceProvider/FinalServletCallback)  is invoked
by IdP.

   *Query:*How do we render login.vm as in IdP3.1.1 or How do we render
login.jsp as in IdP2.4 ? Are we missing any config activities ? please
clarify
