Jetty Keystore Trouble with jetty-base provided in Shibboleth 3

Good to know. For what it's worth I plan on putting up another
Shibboleth 3 server or two, so if you'd like feedback on the examples,
I'd be happy to give them a try.

Fair enough, perhaps a README or something in jetty-base outlining it's
intended use would be in order then?
