You should read up on Docker, Github and Voyager.  The Shibboleth IDP is up and running fine for me now.

Sorry, no idea what any of the above means.
(Paydirt? What Docker image? What Github repo/project? What's the relation to your Shibboleth IDP? What's a Voyager front end webservice? ...)

I take that to mean you've given up on trying to use the Shib IDP with that SAML SP. Sorry to hear the advice provided here was still insufficient.
