Sorry, no idea what any of the above means.
(Paydirt? What Docker image? What Github repo/project? What's the
relation to your Shibboleth IDP? What's a Voyager front end webservice? ...)

I take that to mean you've given up on trying to use the Shib IDP with
that SAML SP. Sorry to hear the advice provided here was still insufficient.
