Does the IdP not yet support Jetty 9.3.1?

Hi Glen,
I had the same exact setup and tried this last week. The solution I had
to use was to revert to a Jetty 9.2 install, I never found a way to get
it working with Jetty 9.3.
So I think the current configuration example doesn't work on 9.3. I'm
sure in theory it can be made to work, but I haven't had success with
that so far.
