Does the IdP not yet support Jetty 9.3.1?

FWIW, I too could not get jetty to start when referencing a PKCS12 cert in idp.ini (OS=Debian). Same error (invalid format). Files verified fine using openssl.

JKS files work fine though.

So does a windows install. ;)

The IdP doesn't have any intrinsic dependency on keystores outside of something internal to itself, so that can't really have anything to do with the IdP.

Somebody else reported an issue with PKCS12 though, and I would imagine that whatever it is has something to do with whatever you ran into.

We "support" it in the sense that we'll debug whatever it is, but if you want a quicker solution, I don't have one. Asking on the Jetty list about whatever it is that's not working might get us somewhere.
