Updated Tomcat 6 Connector

Just FYI, we checked in a donated patch [1] and released a new version of the old Tomcat 6 trust connector plugin that some people are still using with the old IdP to correct for an API change (that should not have been made) in a Tomcat patch release by the Tomcat developers.

The Tomcat 6 pages in the wiki now point to that new version.

I've (finally) created a new JCONN project in Jira to manage bugs for all the connectors supported by the project.

That includes:

- the original Tomcat 6 connector we just updated
- a "trust manager" plugin that works for Tomcat 7 and 8 (and hopefully future versions)
- the connectors for Jetty 7 and Jetty 9
