Windows Installation problem

If you installed with Jetty selected you should get a tree with:

C:\Program Files (x86)\
		Jetty\
			bin
			demo-base\
			etc\
			lib\
			[...]
		procrun\
			amd64\
			log\
			[...]

These are all directories and files that you should not be touching

Then, where you decided to installed the IdP

[TARGETDIR]\
	IdP\
		bin\
		conf\
		[...]
		jetty-base\
		[...]

Within jetty-base the only file you should touch is
jetty-base\start.d\idp…ini

If you are not seeing a tree like that the chances are you didn't select
jetty to be installed.

Again, if you setup jetty this is done for you in procrun's registry
settings, try running

C:\Program Files (x86)\Shibboleth\ProcRun\shibd_idpw.exe

To see these settings (which are also not preserved).
