That document also describes the steps to be taken from p.29 on.

The screenshots on pages 33 and 34 show that you can (and how to)
export SAML metadata decribing the SP (to give to your IDP) as well as
import SAML metadata describing the IDP (to feed to the SAP GUI thing).

Since you copied from that guide I don't know what it is you're asking
from this list? That PDF also includes links to the relevant SAP
documentation.
