Signgo Ilex as IdP with Shibboleth SP

Paul, that is exactly what I told the IdP side to do. if you have not
followed the thread, I cannot do that as I don't have access to the IdP. I
think we can give the mailing list some rest with this thread right now, as
all parties are clear on the next step for checking and resolve the issue.
