SAML 2 SSO error on connectiong to TestShip idp

What I meant was testing your SAML SP against your production IDP, not
testing your IDP (which is already registered in the UKfederation, so
is known to work) against testshib.
If you already have an IDP of your own testshib really doesn't give
you anything new/extra.
I'd do any integration tests with my own IDP and then register with
my local federation.

Or maybe someone who knows more about testshib and what this specific
pattern means (SP entity listed, but testshib IDP doesn't see it).
