Issue with Shibboleth idp v2.4.3

Thanks for the quick response, we can log into our OnTheHub account to download adobe software so it sort of works, I will try and contact Ja.net and see if they can provide some insight from their log files.

Hi John

Can you login to any SPs and have a reliable usage session? If so, have you tried asking these sites you have issues with if THEIR SP logs have anything helpful in? When we were having trouble with one provider, it took them checking the logs at their end to get that answer.

Hi
We have configured Shibboleth Idp v 2.4.3 on Windows Server 2012 R2 and everything seems to work using the UK Federation test SP, but when we try to log in to some sites, such as the Ja.net community, we can log in but then instantly get redirected to our logout page.
I can't find anything in the logs to show any errors, I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction to solving my issue.
