Issue with Shibboleth idp v2.4.3

Hi
We have configured Shibboleth Idp v 2.4.3 on Windows Server 2012 R2 and everything seems to work using the UK Federation test SP, but when we try to log in to some sites, such as the Ja.net community, we can log in but then instantly get redirected to our logout page.
I can't find anything in the logs to show any errors, I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction to solving my issue.
