Shibboleth IDP Delegation

it states that IDP Delegation hasn't been documented yet for V3 but to look
at the plugin documentation for V2 here
https://spaces.internet2.edu/display/ShibuPortal/Home

but that link is dead with the error Page Not Found.   Is there another
place to look?
