Sealer alias case sensitivity

When I said "custom" I meant, using the tool provided with the IdP to
create a keystore after the initial installation and in my case to use a
different alias, not the default one. Things looked good, the keystore and
the version file were created but I got an error message and when I checked
the store with Java keytool, I saw that all letters were set to lowercase.
I'm using Java 1.8.0_60, just for the record.
