Problems with IEEEexplore login

Hello,

as a student of the university of Stuttgart I have an access to
IEEEexplore Papers via Shibboleth.

Since today, when I want to login the following message appears:

Message from the NSAPI plugin:
Cannot open TEMP file '/tmp/_wl_proxy/_post_10059_266' for POST of 13757
bytes


I already tried out

- to use another browser
- try out another device
- to activate cookies-savings
- to login on another homepage via shibboleth (e.g. springerlink) and it
worked!

Only in combination with IEEEexplore I get the mentionend error-message.

Do you have an idea what else I can do to reactivate my access?
