Issues getting GitHub configured to utilize Shibboleth IDP

I am so confused on that.

I give PagerDuty this as my Login URL and that fixed it 
https://xxxxxxxx.com/idp/profile/SAML2/POST/SSO

I was giving it this and it wouldn't work.
https://xxxxxxxx.com/idp/profile/SAML2/Redirect/SSO

So are you saying I should give Github the second one?

You handed GitHub an endpoint location to be used for, I presume, the Redirect binding, but you gave it the IdP's POST binding endpoint. That's a guess. You posted basically nothing to go on.

If you don't understand SAML bindings, try wikipedia or the bindings specification in the standard.
