Help with DiscoveryResponse Element

Hi Scott,

I believe I understand what you mean.  When the services were registered,
to InCommon, I did see a DiscoveryResponse field listed.  So I should just
add my DiscoveryResponse URL through there and i do not need to worry about
having it in my local shibboleth2.xml file?
