Help with DiscoveryResponse Element

Hello,

I am following these instructions to setup my Service Provider with
InCommon:
https://spaces.internet2.edu/display/InCFederation/Shibboleth+Discovery+Config

I believe I have everything setup correctly except the DiscoveryResponse
element.  I am supposed to specify it, but I do not know where.

 Also, I am confused on the format that I am supposed to declare it.  For
example, it says that I should specify the location, does that mean I
should declare the DiscoveryResponse element like this:

<DiscoveryResponse Location="location_path"/>

Or like this:

<DiscoveryResponse> location_path </DiscoveryResponse>

I would really appreciate any assistance.
