Schema validation is far from sufficient anyway, and is a giant pain to 
configure any tools to do, so the simplest way is just to load it into an 
IdP or SP with the additional settings or filters that add schema 
validation.

Otherwise I believe the MetadataCorrectness topic has some information on 
tools.
