If you follow the upgrade instructions from V2 to V3, then all I can tell 
you is to ask about whatever it is you don't understand. Though make sure 
you are *not* looking at design documentation. That is not relevant to 
anybody trying to deploy it.

There's nothing fundamentally different. The relying-party.xml syntax is 
different if you don't do an upgrade, and the authentication configuration 
is very different but is reasonably documented.
