IDP 3.1.1 SP Initiated SSO

Hi,

We initially had IDP 2.4.0 which worked with our SP on v2.5.3 . Recently we have installed IDP 3.1.1 with our existing SP and are trying to implement SP Initiated SSO, but there does not seem to be any information on the wiki (Profile Handling). All the recommended config changes have been made but something might have been missed out. Would appreciate any pointers to investigate.
