I'm following instructions in NativeSPAddIdP to add a second TestShib 
IdP instance to a basic Windows/IIS 7 Shibboleth SP test configuration. 
The default case works fine. The instructions suggest adding an 
<Application> element like this:

<RelyingParty name="https://idp.testshib.org/idp/shibboleth" 
entityID="https://sp.example.com/shibboleth/idp2" />

I've tried various permutations of the above to try to get metadata for 
"idp2" to register at TestShib without success. For example:

https://sp.example.com/shibboleth/idp1/Shibboleth.sso

Yields:

isapi_shib: mapped 
https://sp.cafesoft.com/shibboleth/idp2/Shibboleth.sso/Metadata to default

And the "Shibboleth Error: ISAPI extension can only be invoked . . ."

I've attached the test shibboleth2.xml I'm using for reference.

What am I missing or is there a better way to handle this test case?
