Recommended consultants ?

At NYU we are possibly looking to identify one or more consultancies that
would be
able to assist application owners in SSO integration work (with our
Shibboleth IdP).

Our model here is to expect SP proprietors to handle their end, but
obviously not all
developers / companies are experienced with SAML-based SSO integrations...
and we
would like to be in the position of being able to recommend a source of
help.

Suggestions?  Thoughts?
