That would mean the SP isn't plugged in. The wiki pages on IIS installs
cover all the various integration points and what you have to deal with if
the installer isn't working to create the mappings you need. The script
mapping isn't in effect if you ger a 404 from a *.sso request.

Then I can only conclude it's not configured for https, that's not
something I can help with.
