The SP is not in Java and runs in Apache, IIS, SunOne, or FastCGI. If you
put one of those in front of WL, then yes. If not, no.

WL has its own SAML support, as Kevin noted. It's bad, like most
commercial implementations. If you know what you're doing, it can be made
to work. If you don't, you'll spend hours or days or longer on it.
