I'm not able to find that endpoint in the metadata at the URL you
posted before, but maybe it has been removed in the meantime?
Anyway, the above would be schema-invalid, as SingleLogoutService is
derived from the EndpointType, not from IndexedEndpointType (see
2.4.2 in the SAML metadata spec), so the explicit type attribute
is wrong, and so the index.
