I was able to locate the element that produced the error.

<SingleLogoutService xsi:type="IndexedEndpointType" Binding="urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:2.0:bindings:HTTP-Redirect" Location="https://lmstest03.edwise.se/Login/redirectLogout.aspx" index="0"/>

It validates when I remove:
xsi:type="IndexedEndpointType"
index="0"
