Yeah, what I mean is, since the previous instructions asked for a set of
libraries to be endorsed, the typical scenario when upgrading would be to
just use the same tomcat that is already endorsing that set.
So, if I understand correctly, one needs to un-endorse whatever libraries
had been hitherto endorsed.
