Shibd process crashes shibd.exe version 2.53

Oh Shoot Scott !   I would have loved to pay, but the damn issue got resolved
;) 

Spot on on the IDP metadata XML. They corrected their Metadata and it fixed
it ( the SSOIDPDescriptor  now has all the cert details).  Shib SP is now
Rockin n Rollin/handshakin'/ legshakin' and what not with the IDP 

Scott, Nate, Brent and Tom :  You guys Rock ! Thank you so much for your
quick responses, issues resolved and the SSO is in place. In the process of
troubleshooting we learn't quite a bit and that should help us in our future
implementations.
