Shibd process crashes shibd.exe version 2.53

Thanks Scott. I will get the response from Partner and try to file a bug for
it.  Will you be able to tell us if the Shib's SP was able to get past the 
"Message was signed but the signature could not be verified"  message that
we were stuck with from over 2 days. 

'The one thing I would look at is the size of the signing key on the IdP.' 
=> Yes, I will get this information from the partner as well and post back
the details.
