It was precluded intentionally to avoid entangling things to that degree,
when the entityID is already available as an indirection.

Having one SP doesn't preclude having any number of entityIDs, that's a
logical designation.

You could of course send any RelayState you like, and you can choose to
treat it non-opaquely at the IdP.
