Network issues causing SPs to timeout

Hi all,

This is not really a Shib problem but I was wondering if there is any config I can do on the IDP to help mitigate the problem.

Anyway our network is having issues (that I don't really understand) that is causing very slow response times on parts of the campus. One side effect of this is that some of our Shib SPs are timing out during the login process.

Is it feasible to increase time outs on the IDP side until such time as we get our network issues figured out?

This is a BIG deal and is on everyone's radar.
