How to implement Shibboleth on OTRS

Dear All,thanks for your reply,
I have tried all methods I have found on other forums,for example:

with the idea of using HTTPBasicAuth. But i can not bypass the login page of
otrs after authentication via shibboleth. I thought the goal of these method
is filling the local DB after authentication of a valid user by the use of
the values in HTTP headers. And with considering REMOTE_ USER enviroinment
variable. But I was unsuccessful.  Can you please give me some hints about
setting the environment variable maybe in configurations I missed sth
somewhere!
