Just because it says Cisco on the package doesn't mean it'll behave
similarly to other Cisco products. Like Oracle they have been buying
products and companies en mass.

The metadata creation part (constructing the XML) is the easy part,
getting the necessary info to put into the metadata, that's the
problem. E.g. the protocol endpoint to send stuff to, the entityID.
