InCommon Shibboleth SP training

The training is more focused on getting the SP up and running. While we do
mention ApplicationDefault/Overrides, talk about discovery, and even
practice various types of content protection/session initiation, the class
doesn't have you go very deep into it. That said, the benefits you would
get out of the class would then be mostly having 1-2 days of sitting in the
room with the instructors, and being able to engage them in discussion
about your use-cases as well as how to configure the SP to meet your
use-cases.
