Basic Shibboleth Configuration?

Hi Shib List,

We're trying to get a basic Shibboleth SP + IdP set up on a CentOS 6 box.
 Is there a basic shibboleth set-up checklist and or sample very basic
configuration files for proof of concept instances?  We've looked in the
wiki.
