Change/Remove Shibboleth crashed/corrupted MSSQL

I don't see why you'd need to uninstall it regardless, but...

There is no relationship whatsoever, Shibboleth doesn't use SQL Server,
let alone include any of it.

My guess is there's a problem with the C/C++ runtime.
