Change/Remove Shibboleth crashed/corrupted MSSQL

We installed Shibboleth (shibboleth-sp-2.5.3-win64.msi) last night on a Windows server 2008 R2. This was a new install, never had Shibboleth before. We found it was going to be too much work to get all our websites to run smoothly in one night. 
So, attempted to uninstall shibboleth using the add/remove Change/remove. It hung so I forced it to stop with task manager.

Now MSSQL appears to be corrupted. It can't load any databases. Is this a known issue? Is there a known fix?
