I think you are correct. Something is off in apache2 config. I configured
logical SPs in CentOS environment which worked like a charm. Here in
Ubuntu, mostly I am confused with "shib.conf" file. I don't really see any
"shib.conf" after installation of mod_shib with apt-get.  And, my googling
haven't returned me any perfect documentation where someone configured
logical SPs under ubuntu/apache2.
