Secondly, your problem is because you didn't do it correctly. The request<br>
to that URL does not believe that the corresponding handlerURL is what<br>
it's supposed to be, or you couldn't get that error.<br>

something more complex is going on in Apache.<br></blockquote><div><br></div><div>I think you are correct. Something is off in apache2 config. I configured logical SPs in CentOS environment which worked like a charm. Here in Ubuntu, mostly I am confused with "shib.conf" file. I don't really see any "shib.conf" after installation of mod_shib with apt-get. And, my googling haven't returned me any perfect documentation where someone configured logical SPs under ubuntu/apache2. <br>
