Anyone Working With Wellsource?

Hi all-
We've got a vendor claiming to support SAML 2.0, but can't get it working with Shibboleth as the IdP, and when I asked said "we support a specific implementation of the SAML 2.0 SSO standards".

Anyway, I'm wondering if anyone on the list has worked with Wellsource and gotten their Shibboleth IdP to talk to their SP successfully.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
