Since it's come up, the only thing I'd note is that V3 is fixing the
problem V2 has where the schema locations have to use those Spring
classpath: URIs, and we have formally published the schemas at fixed
locations that will be usable by editors and tools (though of course using
catalogs to point those URIs at local copies is a much better idea). The
alpha config files have those URIs in them at the moment.
